GS+ Variogram Models
GS+ provides for variograms 4
types of isotropic models and 4 types of anisotropic models; the isotropic
spherical model is shown in this window. Other models are
exponential, linear, and gaussian. Each of these models can be described
based on three parameters: the nugget variance, the sill, and the range. GS+
calculates default values for each parameter that you can change as you
like; as you change them, variogram graphs
elsewhere are redrawn on-the-fly to reflect the new fit, and you can compare
your fit to the AutoFit calculated by GS+. The models
are shown graphically when the Show Models box is checked on the
Autocorrelation Analysis Window.
